Prenatal Massage/Perennial
Perennial massage can be helpful to prevent tearing or the need for episiotomy. Begin with 4 drops each of ArcAncient (Birthing/Life blend) ©
Blend has additional oils of Jasmine, pure Rose oil and a dash of Spikenard upon request.
Lubricate your two index fingers or thumbs and the perennial area, using the ArcAncient blend. Insert fingers 3-4 cm. inside the vagina and press the perennial floor toward the rectum and to the sides in a U shape. Dye describes the clitoris at 12 0' clock and the massage work taking place between four and eight o'clock. Massage with gentle pressure for approximately one minute or until a slight burning or tingling occurs.
